Hit the target audience… personalize your twitter background page

in Blogging

twitterNo doubt, today Twitter is the hottest thing on Internet. It’s simple yet powerful tool to make your own community, share what you are doing and what you think. At no point of time, you will feel alone on twitter, be it any thing.
Just type in what you are doing, reading or following, it becomes an instant hit among your followers.

Twitter has a facility to customize background of your twitter page, which can add style to your profile and effective medium to build your brand.
Changing the background images on Twitter is pretty simple, only thing is you need suitable images, although there are generic images available on twitter but what if you are looking for some exclusivity… as my earlier post says “Impact of Right images with right content lasts for longer duration“.

How to change background images on Twitter?

To create custom images you need to create images with canvas size as below –
Image width: 1255 pixels
Image height: 555 pixels
Left graphic width: 245 pixels
Right graphic width: 250 pixels
I am not an expert, thus cannot guide you in the best way, but can definitely show you the way… so follow what experts say below.

To create custom background…

Alternatively, you can also purchase high quality personalized Twitter background images from Custom Twitter Background; don’t take it as my recommendation.

You can also use an application available on Flickr, flickr-my-background.
With it you can change your twitter background images every hour automatically. Although such a background is not personalized but definitely awards you a medium to showcase your style.

Are you present on twitter, do you find it great medium to share your like and dislike?

Hi Hugh, Welcome to Techzee. Thanks for bringing this issue to my notice. I don’t know, how this information got skipped from my notice.
I have made the changes in article and apologize for my mistake.

Hi Slym. Thanks for making the correction and no apology was necessary, it’s an easy thing to overlook the way he has the intro written. I’m glad you found the article useful and wanted to share it with your readers. Thanks again for the link.
