In my recent articles, I included and reviewed some great applications (see Freeware software in sidebar), which I found useful during my computer and Internet usage. I think this procedure gives a crystal clear view about the program but takes lot of time (in days and weeks to cover them) so I thought of writing an article in which includes list of software and applications, tested and proved to be of highest quality and usability during my usage. Definitely, this list can go on and on and on… but here I have included only those applications which are available as freeware software.
I hope this will improve computer usage experience and resolve many of the problems which I had experienced overtime.

I have already written about Images and editing tools for them in my one of my previous article Image editing tools… add power to blog posts where I have included Gimp, IrfanView, Picasa etc and finally made a recommendation for Gimp.
I must say, where Gimp needs some efforts to learn the tool, IrfanView is extremely easy to work and its, “Save for Web” capability is very helpful to create images suitable for web applications.

I actually love the RoboForm software myself. I use it all of the time and it takes all of the menial everyday tasks that I have to perform on my computer daily and shortens them extremely! What once took me fifteen minutes to complete now takes me only one second because RoboForm does the same task with just one click. In fact I wrote a Report about a lot of RoboForm’s capabilities for use that aren’t even touched on in the User’s Manual for RoboForm. You can get that Report here:

As a former Foxit 2.3 user who got tired of the blinking ads in the corner of the application, and the loss of the ability to disable it in newer releases, I searched further and found PDFxchange. http://www.docu-track.com/home/prod_user/PDF-XChange_Tools/pdfx_viewer/
PDFxchange had more features in the free version, plus the enhance features could be sampled, or disabled by selecting Edit >> Preferences >> Registration and checking the box that says “Hide restricted, ‘PRO’ functions in the Free Viewer version”. The PRO version is also very reasonably priced.
